  4. We will not display CrushMe members email addresses to the public.
  5. If CrushMe learns that a member is under the age of 21, CrushMe will remove them from the database.

  1. We collect your email address for purposes such as sending confirmation emails, delivering Crush messages, authenticating user accounts, etc.
  2. CrushMe does not store credit card information. Credit card transactions are transmitted to a financial gateway, and we endeavor to protect the security of your payment information during transmission through using an established and secure third party.

Circumstances in which CrushMe may release information

  1. CrushMe may disclose information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such disclosure is necessary to respond to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal process.
