Yes, cheesy pick-up lines are still used.  You might think of men going up to an attractive woman at the bar and getting shot down…right?  But did you ever consider a girl going up to a guy and using a pick-up line?  Well we did some research and we found ten of the cheesiest pick-up lines that girls have used on men.

·      Is that a keg in your pants? Cause I’m trying to tap that!

·      I’m a Love Pirate, and I’m here for your booty!

Feel free to try them out, but according to a study done at the University of Chicago, just saying “Hi” is the best opening line.  

In a few weeks the weather should be getting warmer, and that means a lot more things to do, including dating in Chicago which means, a lot more people leaving their apartments to have fun again. So this, guys and gals will give you a lot more opportunities to meet singles in the city! We have come up with the top five places to start having fun again, and your game going this spring.

Our first bar featured on our list is Tavern on Rush. This place is great for Thursday nights after work, so drag some of your friends to start some early weekend drinking. If you are looking for an older guy or girl with some moola this is the place to be.

The first day or “real” warm warmer weather meaning warm enough to sit outside and actually enjoy the sunshine and every good-looking single will be heading over to Sheffield’s Wine & Beer Garden. Not only can you enjoy the outdoors but it’s also a BBQ. So hang out, drink some beers, eat some good food, and check out the scene.

Do you like dancing, want to try Latin dancing, looking for someone to sworn you off your feet? Then this would be the place for you. Nacional 27 is a sizzling Salsa club; the name is inspired by 27 countries from Central and South America. This is defiantly the place to meet so hot and sexy singles and dance the night away at this upscale bar and club.

It’s 2am and you are still looking for that hot single to go home with, check out The Lodge on Rush and Division. This place is open till 5am, so it will give you 3 more hours to mingle with the singles. This bar has a great atmosphere with a vintage and cozy feel. This vibe will help dating in Chicago become a little a little easier and send the singles right to you.

Are you a classy girl or guy? Do you love to get all dressed up Saturday nights and relax in a nice lounge astrosphere, somewhere a little quieter but still a great scene? Pop’s Champagne would be the place. Features elegant rooms and garden, and great piano and jazz music every night, and don’t forget the romantic fireplace. This is such to put a little sparkle in your night!

When you choose your profile images for social networking and online dating sites, you can sort through all the pictures of yourself that you have, and select the pictures that present the image you want.  However, once you actually meet your crushes, the carefully selected photos are gone and well, it’s all you, babe.  Therefore, you’ve got to make sure you make a strong positive first impression - and you don’t want your dates to think that your attractiveness is the result of your Photoshop skills!

Victoria Beckham - Men want her, and women want to be her (or just borrow her wardrobe), and her dry British humor would make even the most boring date memorable.

Ashley Judd - The kind of girl you could bring home to mom, and she’s a serious sports fan - a definite plus according to the CrushMe team.

Michelle Pfeiffer- As Catwoman, she inspired millions of fantasies, and she still looks amazing despite being over 50.

Halle Berry- Watching her slowly walk out of the water wearing the classic Bond Girl in Die Another Day was a transcendant experience.  Halle will always be our favorite Bond Girl.

Katharine Heigl - A tall, gorgeous blonde who plays a doctor on TV.  We think we need to make an appointment.

Heidi Klum - A Victoria Secret model who is a successful businesswoman as well as being a loving wife and mother.  She’s Germany’s finest export.

Eva Longoria - We agree with Tony Parker - she’s our favorite (not-so) Desperate Housewife.

Kelly Ripa - She’s a cutie who makes you laugh every morning.  Who could resist that?

Aishwayra Rai - She’s as classy as she is sexy - Bollywood meets Hollywood, indeed.
